Eston's White Cake, with layers of key lime curd and key lime mousse (both made from Key West key limes), iced in vanilla buttercream.

All of our cakes have 7 layers, consisting of 4 layers of our scratch made cake, and 3 layers of all-natural sauces and mousse. All made in-house, fresh every day.

All of our products require refrigeration.

Great for St. Patrick's Day

I got this for a St. Patrick's Day dinner. It was a great hit! I am so glad I picked the Key Lime cake. Not only were the colors right for St. Patrick's Day, it was tasty. The key lime flavor balanced the sweetness of the icing. It was delicious and I will get this one again.

We had the keylime cake for our daughter 's wedding. Since then I order one every year! The whole family comes over and we make a night of it. The cake is so delicious and refreshing I would love to get it more often

I buy the Key lime cake because I love key lime pie, so I thought I would give the cake a try, and I am so happy I did. The Key lime flavor is not overpowering but just enough to taste the flavor , so you can taste the cake also. This is an excellent cake and I will be buying it again.
